The protection ICs for 1 cell is suitable for making mobile phones and smartphones smaller and lighter. For the ICs, small package SNT-6A (1.6×1.8×0.5mm） is used, and they have a high-accuracy voltage detection circuit and a delay circuit. They are suitable for battery pack for mobile phone because the necessary external parts to be set will be fewer.
